It is like pouring oil onto a fire to make it blaze up again.
Living Wild: How to Change Your Life has arrived at its second season, with "Sophie Morgan," a disability rights activist, television host, and traveler who refuses to let physical limitations obstruct her desires, as the guide leading the story.
Leaving the Past for a Bright Future
In the first episode of this season, Sophie travels to Brier to meet "Allon and Mark," a married couple who abandon their life in London, the chaotic big city, to open a general store on the island. The starting point for this change was visiting and finding out that the store was going to be sold, which sparked the idea in the couple that "We want to see beautiful views like this forever. Even if we have to work hard, it would be the happiness we desire." Even though it was a sudden and hazardous decision, they chose to do it and spoke a word that instantly made one feel encouraged: the word "if," which becomes a question returning to ourselves: “How many times have we used the word 'if' in our lives?”, "If we did that... If we decided like this... what would our lives be like?" We might have already missed essential opportunities in life.
Inspiration from Courage
Living Wild: How to Change Your Life is not just telling the stories of people who were brave enough to step out of their original point, but it also reflects the goals, the dreams, the courage, and the inspiration that make us turn back and question ourselves: "Are we truly living life the way we want?" This documentary conveys life lessons and perspectives from many angles, which does not mean that a dream must always involve traveling far away. Still, it might just be about doing what we love and living life in a way that brings us the most satisfaction. That is enough for the word 'dream.'
