วิภา (VIPA) คือ Video Streaming Platform ส.ส.ท. (ไทยพีบีเอส) ที่ให้บริการด้านคอนเทนต์ออนไลน์ในรูปแบบ Video on Demand (VOD) เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ชม ทุกเพศทุกวัย และสอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมของผู้ชมในปัจจุบัน

วิภา (VIPA) นอกจากจะหมายถึงที่ตั้งของ ส.ส.ท. ที่อยู่บนถนนวิภาวดีรังสิตแล้ว ยังมีที่มาจากคำว่า VISION & PASSION อันสื่อถึงวิสัยทัศน์และความมุ่งมั่นที่จะนำเสนอรายการที่มี คุณภาพสูง ทั้งสาระและบันเทิงที่มีคุณภาพ ผ่านแพลท์ฟอร์มที่สามารถเข้าถึงผู้ชมได้ทุกเพศทุกวัย สะดวก ปลอดภัย ด้วยความคมชัดมาตรฐานสูงสุดในระดับ 4K พร้อมบริการ AD และ CC สำหรับผู้พิการ สามารถเข้าถึงได้ผ่านช่องทางที่หลากหลายโดยไม่มีค่าบริการในการรับชม

ประสบการณ์ใหม่ของการรับชมรายการออนไลน์

นอกจากรายการออนไลน์คุณภาพสูงที่ถูกคัดสรรมาเพื่อเผยแพร่ผ่านทาง VIPA ทั้งรายการที่เคยออกอากาศผ่านทางช่องโทรทัศน์ไทยพีบีเอสตลอดระยะเวลา 11 ปีที่ผ่านมา และรายการ สร้างสรรค์รูปแบบใหม่ที่ผลิตเพื่อออกอากาศทาง VIPA โดยเฉพาะในรูปแบบ VIPA ORIGINAL แล้ว VIPA ยังมีการนำเสนอรายการในรูปแบบอื่นๆ อาทิเช่น การรับชมรายการสด การถ่าย ทอดสด ที่แปลกใหม่และสร้างสรรค์ รวมไปถึงการสร้างสรรค์รายการในรูปแบบ USER GENERATED ที่ VIPA จะสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะสำหรับเหล่าครีเอเตอร์รุ่นใหม่ไฟแรงในการสร้างสรรค์ และนำเสนอรายการคอนเทนต์ผ่านช่องทางของ VIPA โดยมีทีมงานมืออาชีพจากทางไทยพีบีเอสคอยเป็นพี่เลี้ยงคอยให้คำแนะนำและให้การสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่ นอกจากนี้คอนเทนต์ของ VIPA ยังถูกออกแบบให้เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ชมทุกเพศทุกวัย เป็นพื้นที่สีขาวที่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน เป็นพื้นที่ในการแสดงออกสำหรับคนรุ่นใหม่ และเป็นแหล่งรวมสาระความรู้ที่ จุดประกายสร้างสรรค์ให้กับทุกคนในครอบครัว มีคุณภาพและมีความเป็นสากล ตามเจตนารมณ์ของสื่อสาธารณะอย่างแท้จริง

เกี่ยวกับ องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย

องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย (Thai Public Broadcasting Service) หรือ ส.ส.ท. (ไทยพีบีเอส) ก่อตั้งขึ้น ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. องค์การกระจายเสียงและ แพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2551 ในฐานะองค์การสื่อสาธารณะที่ไม่แสวงผลกําไรแห่งแรกของประเทศไทยเพื่อดําเนินการวิทยุกระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศนที่สนับสนุน การพัฒนาสังคม ผ่านการให้บริการข่าวสารที่เที่ยงตรงรอบด้าน สมดุล และยึดถือประโยชน์สาธารณะเป็นที่ตั้ง

About VIPA

VIPA is the official video streaming platform developed by the Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai PBS). It provides an extensive range of high-quality video-on-demand (VOD) content, curated to cater to the diverse needs and interests of viewers of all ages. The platform reflects the evolving media consumption behaviors of contemporary audiences, while upholding the principles of accessibility, safety, and public service.

The name “VIPA” not only refers to the location of Thai PBS headquarters on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, but also derives from the words “VISION & PASSION,” signifying the organization’s commitment to delivering informative, educational, and entertaining content with integrity and purpose.

With state-of-the-art features such as 4K resolution, Audio Description (AD), Sign language (SL), and Closed Captions (CC), VIPA ensures an inclusive and accessible viewing experience. The platform is available across various digital devices, and all content is provided free of charge, with no commercial advertisements.

A New Paradigm of Digital Public Media

VIPA offers a comprehensive archive of previously aired programs from Thai PBS, but it also introduces a new wave of digital-native productions under the label VIPA ORIGINALS, which was created specifically for the platform.

Furthermore, VIPA delivers:
